Changed planes and had a layover at Chicago O'Hare. Still make it to Burrito Beach between the H and K Concourses - 2 more burritos and I have a get-one-free card all filled out. When flying into/out of O'Hare, to find Wrigley Field, look north of downtown, very close to the lakeshore (there is a jetty that goes out into the lake that looks like a miniature Cape Cod - it's due West of that). There are three distinctive buildings very close - one is a semi-circle shaped about 6 stories, and then there are two taller buildings just a couple of blocks away. Find those landmarks, and voila - Wrigley is right there.

Flew in to Pittsburgh tonight (day after the Steelers won the Super Bowl)... A couple of updates on the Pittsburgh airport:
  • There is an actual post office in the American concourse
  • There are two stores in the same concourse that sell post cards
  • There is a train from the concourse to the main terminal, so be sure to allot extra time getting back for the return flight.
  • There are a ton of restaurants in the central area from which the 4 coucourses separate.

  • Also, while here, staying at the new Doubletree Pittsburgh Airport. It's pretty close to the airport and in an area that probably used to be not-so-good, but it's brand new and the immediate surrounding area is ok. Read the full review here.
